I'm a father first—my greatest adventure and fortune—and a storyteller by calling. My imagination has always been a wilderness explorer, venturing deepest into realms of the fantastical. 

 

Science fiction and fantasy have been my faithful companions since I first discovered the transformative power of stories. The intricate ecosystems of Frank Herbert's Dune, the mythic resonance of Tolkien's Middle-earth, the philosophical puzzles in Asimov's Foundation, and the moral complexities of Card's Ender saga—these worlds shaped my literary tastes and my understanding of what stories can achieve when they dare to dream beyond boundaries.

 

The Rune Runner saga began haphazardly as ideas, notes, and scribbles in the margins of my school notebooks. What began as private worldbuilding has become something I'm honored to share - 24 years later.
